General Information

All orders on Vaya are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the total amount of your order. Our refund and returns policy lasts 4 days. If 05 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We want to ensure you receive your Vaya product as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed and your shipping address is confirmed ass serviceable, our team will prepare your product and hand it over to our delivery partners for prompt shipments. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs for your Vaya order may vary based on your shipping location, the value of your items, and/or the weight of your order. To see the exact shipping charges, add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All Vaya products are sold “as is.” Customers assume responsibility for their purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the items received are damaged or defective. However, Bras, Sleepwear, and Swimwear are eligible for exchange.

All items returned to Vaya must be in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and free from any odors or stains. The assessment of the condition of returned items will be at the sole discretion of Vayalk and must be done within 04 days of your purchase. The item must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vayalk.com or mobile.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your Vaya order arrives with any damage, please contact us immediately via info@vayalk.com or mobile. Defective items should be informed within 24 hours from the date of original shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact out team within 02 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
