At VAYA, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. We offer returns and exchanges on all bras and sleepwear purchased online.

For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

To ensure a smooth process, all items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, simply email us at info@vaya.com including your order number and contact details. Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the next steps.

All VAYA orders are processed within 2 working days. Once shipped, your package will reach you within 3–6 working days across Sri Lanka.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can easily follow your delivery every step of the way.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 1–2 weeks.
